We are recruiting a Site Administrator to support their ambitious growth plans. Role Overview
As a Site Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the project team, ensuring smooth site operations through efficient administration and document management. Your organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and site team
Manage delivery notes and liaise with procurement regarding equipment and plant hire
Act as the first point of contact for site visitors
Maintain and distribute Health & Safety documents, welfare and induction records
Book meeting rooms and organise site meetings
Order materials, office supplies, and PPE as required
Manage document control and ensure timely distribution
Attend project meetings and record accurate minutes
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in an administrative role (preferably within construction)
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
BPSS Security Clearance (must be obtained before starting)
Full UK Driving Licence required
