Main duties of the job

As a Sister / Charge Nurse, you will:Support the Senior Sister/ Ward Manager in the efficient running of the wardCo-ordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safetyBe instrumental to the patient experience, ensuring seamless, personalised careWork well with consultants who are experts in their fieldApply your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and deliveryChampion a supportive, enabling working culture on the ward, promoting staff safetyHelping you feel good.We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
