Full time: 37.5 hours per week
Shift times: Monday - Sunday (flexibility to work long days, Nights & weekends)
Fixed term contract to cover Maternity Leave until 31st May 2026
Salary: Competitive (DOE) plus 9% shift allowance
We're looking for a Sister / Charge Nurse to join our Inpatients Ortho Team at the Princess Grace Hospital, currently rated "Good" by the CQC on a Fixed term contract until 31st May 2026.
As a Sister / Charge Nurse for Orthopaedics, you will provide effective leadership, expertise, advice and support to the team.
You will take responsibility for the running of the ward in the absence of the Ward Manager, ensuring effective rostering of staff and effective use of the resources available.
You will ensure the highest standards of care to patients and families are achieved on a 24-hour basis.
