This is a permanent band 6 role and the post offers full time or part time hours. Leadership experience is an advantage.
The Sister / Charge Nurse takes responsibility and is accountable for delegated nursing care within the clinical environment. They provide nursing leadership and are accountable for patient, public, and staff experience.
They will lead, offer clinical advice, and support management of services to ensure the delivery of high quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care. This will be in line with local, Trust wide, and national policies, procedures, values, and behaviours.
