XPS Group is a leading UK consulting and administration business specialising in the pensions and insurance sectors. Our Self Invested Pensions business continues to grow, and we are now looking for a SIPP New Business Administrator to join our vibrant Stirling office. This is an exciting role and would most likely suit someone with previous experience in a similar role where they have gained knowledge and experience of SIPP / SSAS administration and portfolio management.

The Role
As a SIPP New Business Administrator with XPS you will be:

  • Providing excellent customer service to all our clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding customer expectations whilst maintaining department service standards.
  • Setting up new business, processing transfers and illustrations.
  • Ensuring all customer requests are logged and dealt with appropriately.
  • Providing customers with clear information and documentation when requested.
  • Ensuring your work is of excellent quality and meets department standards.
  • Actively updating Swift plus all relevant databases.
  • Ensuring department procedures are always followed.
  • Proactively suggesting improvements to the department's work processes, aiming to improve efficiency.
  • Displaying a positive attitude while working in a team environment, including participation at team meetings.
  • Participating in adhoc tasks when required.

Your profile
Essential Criteria

  • Live within commutable distance of the office and be able to commute full time for the first 6 months of employment.
  • Confident, self-motivated and organised with tenacity, drive, persistence and resilience.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Can do attitude and takes pride in work.
  • Ability to work in a team, and with all staff, towards targets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to champion the customer whilst balancing business priorities.

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous new business experience.
  • Computer literate in office systems.
