Position: Side Loader - Class 2

Location: Cradley Heath

Salary: £13 per hour

Type: Temp to Perm

Hours: 7am - 4pm

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Side Loader - Class 2 driver to join our team in Cradley Heath. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual looking to secure a permanent position after a temporary period. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of side loader vehicles, ensuring timely delivery and collection of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate side loader vehicles to transport goods safely and efficiently.
2. Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment.
3. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure road-worthiness.
4. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
5. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
6. Communicate effectively with the logistics team and customers.
7. Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements:

1. Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving license.
2. Proven experience operating side loader vehicles.
3. Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Flexibility to work additional hours if required.
