Showroom Consultant - Londonderry - Bassetts

Responsibilities:

1. Dealing with retail and trade customers in the showroom on a face-to-face basis and also via phone and email.
2. Taking time to go over their needs and wants for their bathrooms.
3. Suggest products, styles, and colours to suit the customer needs.
4. Complete designs and quotes for customers.
5. Develop relationships and sales leads to generate new business for the showroom.
6. Seeing all processes through from start to finish.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours a week Monday - Thursday 08.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 08.00am - 4.00pm and Saturday on a rota basis 09.00am - 12.00pm.

Requirements:

1. Previous bathroom/kitchen showroom experience is preferable.
2. Excellent communication skills and passion for delivering results and providing great customer satisfaction.
3. Creative ability to plan/design bathrooms.
4. Ability to discuss a customer’s ideas, flesh out suggestions, describe products, identify opportunities for extra sales, and develop the ability to match products to the customer needs.
5. Computer literacy.
