Our client is looking for a Shot Blaster to join a global market leader in Grantham.

Working in a small team, you will play a key role in the metal preparation process, ensuring all materials are clean and defect-free before painting and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate shot blasting equipment to clean metal components.
2. Work in a booth environment wearing full protective gear, including breathing apparatus.
3. Assist in the loading and unloading of products from the machine.
4. Use overhead cranes to manoeuvre heavy materials.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience in shot blasting or a paint-spraying environment.
2. Physically fit and comfortable working in protective gear.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
4. A logical and methodical approach to tasks.
5. Good standard of written and spoken English.
