We're on the lookout for a talented Shopify Developer with a strong UX/UI background to join our dynamic team and elevate our E-commerce platform.

About the Role

As a Shopify Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimising our online store, ensuring a seamless, engaging shopping experience for our customers. You'll collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to implement new features, improve site performance, and enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and Customise: Build and maintain Shopify themes and applications to align with our brand identity.
2. Collaborate on UX/UI Design: Work with designers to implement responsive, engaging UX/UI designs that inspire our customers.
3. Optimise Performance: Ensure fast load times and a smooth user experience across the site.
4. User Research & Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather insights and improve site functionality.
5. Troubleshoot: Address technical issues related to the Shopify platform.
6. SEO Implementation: Apply SEO best practices to boost online visibility and drive traffic.
7. Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies in E-commerce and web development.

Qualifications

1. Experience: 2-3 years of Shopify development experience.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid templating.
3. UX/UI Design: Experience with design principles and tools (eg, Figma, Adobe XD).
4. E-commerce Knowledge: Familiarity with E-commerce best practices and user-centered design.
5. SEO & Marketing: Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
