As a Shooting Producer for a fixed term period of 4-6 months, you’ll bring projects to life with hands-on production expertise and trusted client management from start to finish.

How you make it all possible…

As a Shooting Producer, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality film content, from brief to final delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Taking and engaging with client briefs, ensuring alignment from the start
2. Managing the full production process across pre-production, shoot, and post-production
3. Self-shooting and directing on location with confidence and professionalism
4. Managing shoot logistics and ensuring everything is ready to go
5. Editing projects in Premiere Pro and enhancing with After Effects where needed
6. Managing client communication throughout each project, building trust and delivering on expectations
7. Keeping projects running on schedule and within budget while maintaining high production quality

What’s in your toolbox…

• At least three years’ experience in an agency or production environment
• Strong working knowledge of cameras including Sony A7S II, FX3, or similar
• Experience with gimbal operation, drone work, and grip/lighting setups
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a good understanding of sound design and colour grading
• Excellent client-handling skills and clear, confident communication
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Calm under pressure, adaptable, and always up for a challenge
• Full UK driving licence

This role is a fixed-term contract, based in either Hartlebury or London Covent Garden, with flexibility for hybrid working. You’ll also need to be comfortable travelling between our offices and working on location across the UK — and occasionally overseas — depending on project needs.
