At Reckitt, we’re seeking a dedicated Shift Technician who thrives in a dynamic environment and aims to ensure our manufacturing systems operate at their peak. Your mission is to maintain our standards of safety and quality while marking a path for continuous improvement within our vibrant manufacturing facility.

Your Responsibilities

1. Manage a regimen of engineering maintenance, utilising performance indicators to achieve targets and elevate performance.
2. Maintain equipment to meet stringent safety, reliability, and cGMP standards.
3. Identify and act on opportunities to enhance the efficiency and reliability of plant operations.
4. Collaborate in maintenance planning meetings to ensure a cohesive maintenance strategy.
5. Administer maintenance budgets prudently, ensuring optimal value.
6. Analyse issues with equipment and systems, implementing solutions grounded in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

The Experience We’re Looking For

1. Education in electrical, mechanical, or production maintenance engineering.
2. Demonstrated experience in maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing systems.
3. Proficiency in understanding controls, instrumentation, and manufacturing processes related to cGMP.
4. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across all levels.
5. Preferably experienced in the operation and maintenance of expansive, multipurpose facilities, particularly within the Pharmaceutical industry.
