Position: Shift Technician (Electrical Bias) | Building Maintenance

Location: Tower Hamlets, East London

Salary: £48,800

Shift Pattern: Continental Shift (7AM - 7PM & 7PM - 7AM)

Sector: Building Services & Maintenance

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: Must be electrically qualified.
• Experience: Proven track record in building services and critical environments.
• Skills: Strong client-facing skills and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Oversee generators and plant rooms
• Maintain AHUs and FCUs
• HV & LV switching

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant City & Guilds Electrical Qualifications (17th Edition & Level 3 Electrical Installations required)
• HVAP (Desired but not essential)
• 3+ years of experience in Building Services and critical environments
• Proven track record in data centres
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
• Expertise in Electrical, Fabric, Plumbing, HVAC, Maintenance, Engineering, and Mechanical Facilities
