Shift Team Leader - Print Process - About the role:
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Shift Team Leader - Print Process to join our team. You will be responsible for leading the Print process on your shift including the mounting and ink department ensuring safety, quality and overall performance targets are achieved. You will ensure that KPI's are monitored during the shift and any issues are resolved with the team members. You will communicate shift performance through end of shift performance reports and verbal communication with oncoming team leaders/process manager.

Printers operating the F&K machine will work a 12-hour shift pattern, spread over a rotating 4-week cycle. This will typically be:
