Location: Sudbury, Suffolk
Shift Based Position – 4 on 4 off, 2 days and 2 nights. AVE 42 hours a week

Position Summary

The opportunity is to join our production teams as a Shift Manager, based at our Nestlé Purina factory in Sudbury, Suffolk.

A day in the life of a Shift Manager…
As the Shift Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that across site the production plan is fully achieved on time and in compliance with standards and legal requirements, meeting safety, quality, hygiene, cost and environment needs in a 24-hour, 7 day a week operation, driving our people to success and delivering the production plan.
