Be part of a freshly opened speakeasy-style bar in Richmond. You will have a great cocktail background and be ambitious to progress, but above all, you will love to see people having a great time and take pride in your team.

The right applicants should be charismatic industry professionals with the style and panache to lead the team. You will already be an Assistant Manager looking to expand your knowledge and be involved in all aspects of the business, with full accountability for the performance of the site. We want you to bring fresh, new, and exciting ideas to this already highly regarded and growing brand.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Great interpersonal, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to motivate a team, manage, and schedule staff.
• Extensive knowledge of liquor, bartending, and service protocols.
• Solid organizational skills and knowledge of budgets and inventories.
• Great sales skills and talent for developing promotions or new products.
• A minimum of 2 years of management experience is required in a bar or similar environment.
