Overview: An established and forward-thinking food manufacturing business based in Cambridgeshire is looking for a proactive shift manager to support the production team as the site continues to grow.

The Opportunity:
This is your chance to be a part of a successful company in the middle of an incredibly exciting growth period. The site is well invested, with a strong SLT and supportive environment for development and progression.

They need an established and proactive Shift Manager with a hands-on and people focused approach to help them deliver successful KPIs and ensure the site continues to deliver high quality products.

Shift Details:
The position is a Monday to Friday role, and the shifts will rotate each week between 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am.

This will suit someone from a fast-paced, chilled food manufacturing background with experience managing large production teams, ideally in high care environments.
