Salary: £15-17 per hour
Overtime: £21-24 per hour
Bonus: Annual bonus scheme worth £900-£1,200

Your Role in the Team:
This is your opportunity to shine as a Composite/Sheet Metal Worker in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be:

1. Riveting fibreglass and aluminium components to create high-quality assemblies.
2. Using nuts, bolts, and fasteners to complete robust constructions.
3. Working from detailed engineering diagrams and build plans.
4. Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to deliver consistent excellence.
5. Performing basic inspections to ensure each product meets exacting standards.

Your Expertise:
We're looking for skilled professionals with:

1. Hands-on experience in riveting fibreglass and aluminium components—this is a must!
2. Proficiency with hand tools and assembly techniques.
3. A solid understanding of engineering diagrams and SOPs.
4. Familiarity with bonding, gluing, or similar techniques (bonus points!).
5. A safety-conscious mindset for workshop environments.
