This would be an outstanding opportunity for a share schemes specialist who values their autonomy and can work well with an internal network.

Employee benefits work is currently being referred externally, so there is an internal revenue stream to take ownership of. If you also introduce and service your own clients, the fee split is outstanding.

There are excellent, directory-rated teams handling employment, corporate, pensions, tax, and financial services.

This role would be great for an existing partner looking for an exit from a traditional firm structure or an entrepreneurial senior associate keen to take ownership of their career. Partners here are encouraged to build teams and can be autonomous with their rates, allowing you to set your practice up as you see fit.
