Shared Services Manager - HR

Location: Royal Mail, Pond Street, Sheffield. S98 6HR. This is a Hybrid Working role with a requirement to attend our Sheffield office 2/3 days per week, with flexibility required in line with business needs.
Royal Mail are looking for a HR Shared Services Manager to join their team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. As Shared Services Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Pay Services with planning, process management, project delivery and process improvements of our fast-paced HR Services operation.
This is a critical operational HR Shared Services Manager role within Royal Mail’s HR shared service function. Reporting to the Head of Pay Services, you will play a key role in delivering our portfolio of services and products which fully meet the requirements of Royal Mail Group customers and stakeholders.
