Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit a Shared Ownership Coordinator to support the Head of Shared Ownership to lead the leasehold team to provide an effective and efficient customer-focused service to our shared ownership customers.
The role will entail managing resale and staircasing transactions from start to finish, rent/service charge account management and all general leasehold enquiries. This role is a remote role benefiting from a supportive team culture, with occasional requirements to work from our head office in Holborn, London.
You will be joining our Home team based in Holborn. The Homes team operates a large mixed portfolio of new and existing Affordable homes nationwide comprising Affordable and Social Rent, Shared Ownership and Supported homes.
