Job description

Are you an ambitious Share Schemes Manager or Senior Manager looking for a new challenge?

Following a briefing call yesterday with a Partner and Director from this growing team, I’m delighted to bring to market this exciting Share Schemes Manager/Senior Manager role. This role can either be part time (3 days+ a week) or full time.

This is a key hire for the business that is looking to double its revenue generation over the next few years. The role is broad in scope, supporting both small and medium sized businesses through to listed companies. It can be based in either Bristol (where most of the team are) or London which is viewed as being an area for growth and opportunity.

It would suit someone who currently works for a Top 10 firm or someone who works at a Big 4 firm who enjoys managing client relationships, developing more junior team members and getting involved in business development. You’ll be supported by a wider experienced team whilst also being empowered to take responsibility and play a key part in the team’s future success.

Experienced Managers or someone looking to step up to Senior Manager level will be considered and you’ll be rewarded with ample opportunity to progress, a competitive base salary and the support to balance work and life with the chance to buy up to 15 days additional holiday each year.
