Share Plans Manager

We are delighted to be supporting a global FinTech business who are now looking to recruit a Share Plans Manager to take responsibility for their equity compensation offering, both in the administration of the scheme’s but also act as the SME across the business for educating other members of the HR team and coaching stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee management of the Company’s employee share award scheme(s).
2. Create and deliver new RSU scheme plan rules.
3. Ensure scheme plan compliance.
4. Oversee monthly reporting and reconciliation, working closely with the wider Reward team, Finance department, and People Operations team to ensure accuracy and appropriate payroll disclosures.
5. Act as the escalation point for employee queries and partner relationships.
6. Manage the relationship with the share plan administration software provider.
7. Help model future schemes to inform both the design and allocation of future equity awards including preparing recommendation papers for the Board and RemCo.

Qualifications:

1. Extensive experience of managing global share schemes (ideally Growth Shares and RSUs) within a private company.
2. Experience of managing share schemes both pre- and post-IPO would be advantageous.
3. Highly numerate with a keen attention to detail.
4. Understanding of the importance of employee share schemes within the employee reward proposition.
5. Comfortable communicating and building relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
6. Hold a relevant qualification in share plan management.

In addition to the above salary, you will also qualify for a substantial bonus and full benefits. The business is happy to have this job holder work at least 2 days a week from home.
