We are recruiting for a Customer Service Rep/Servicing Coordinator to join our Customer Operations team in Abingdon. As a Customer Service Rep/Servicing Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating product complaint investigations, arranging servicing of drug and alcohol testing devices, and assisting with any customer queries related to the laboratory testing services.
Ideally, candidates will have experience in customer service, preferably in a scientific environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required, alongside a high degree of prioritizing workload and building strong working relationships. Good knowledge of using the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) would be beneficial.
