The Job:

As a ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Engineer, you will support and troubleshoot the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module, collaborating with developers to deliver enhancement requests. You'll work closely with Global and Aegon Business Unit representatives to develop solutions that advance Vulnerability Management maturity. This role may require working during non-standard hours and occasional travel for team meetings or special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Units and Global teams on VR enhancements and troubleshooting.
  • Provide expertise to drive future growth and development in the ServiceNow VR module.
  • Build Performance Analytics (PA) dashboards for security-related data.
  • Work directly with ServiceNow Support for product issues.
  • Partner with developers to create innovative solutions for ServiceNow VR.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Subject matter expertise in ServiceNow VR.
  • A strong security awareness and understanding of the impact of vulnerabilities in a global environment.
  • Experience with VR Application and Container vulnerability ingestion.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple development projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise in Performance Analytics.

It'd also be great- but not essential - if you've got:

  • ServiceNow SecOps module experience
  • Security related certifications
  • Experience with change control processes and applying changes to production environments.
  • Ability to comprehend JavaScript code, including customisations
