Technical Services Manager

Location: London & Southeast
Package: Up to £65,000 plus vehicle

TecRec are recruiting for a Technical Services Manager to join a leading Fire & Smoke company to cover London & The Southeast.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all building surveying within the team.
2. Act as a mentor and primary source of technical information.
3. Develop and implement procedures in relation to condition surveys, PPM schedules, long term maintenance plans, and life cycle programmes.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of building surveying principles.
3. Ability to lead and mentor a team.
