Technical Services Manager

Location: London & Southeast
Package: Up to £65,000 plus vehicle

TecRec are recruiting for a Technical Services Manager to join a leading Fire & Smoke company to cover London & The Southeast. As TSM, you will be responsible for overseeing Hard Facilities Management (FM) services and estate projects, ensuring seamless operations, compliance, and high standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the estate's hard services.
2. Ensure compliance with safety management systems.
3. Proactively monitor Health & Safety processes and behaviours.
4. Act as a mentor and primary source of technical information.
5. Develop and implement procedures in relation to condition surveys, PPM schedules, long-term maintenance plans, and life cycle programmes.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience in Technical Services Management.
2. Strong understanding of building services and facilities management.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
