Position Summary
As a ServiceNow Hardware Asset Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our clients' IT assets using the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire asset lifecycle, from procurement and deployment to tracking and retirement. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of IT asset management best practices.
The initial function of this role will be to assist with the implementation of ServiceNow HAM Pro. Applicants should have business analyst and technical writing experience to assist with process documentation, data analysis, testing, etc.
The ultimate function of this role is to maintain hardware inventory of IT serialized equipment (computers, tablets, servers, telecom, mainframe, midrange, storage, scanners, etc.). The Hardware Asset Manager will lead a team that manages inventory processes, asset records, and interfaces to ensure data accuracy of assets valuing greater than $1 billion, enabling sound business decisions concerning IT-related purchases and redistribution that result in the best use of existing asset resources and avoidance of unnecessary asset costs.
In this role, you will interact with all levels of the IT organization and key business areas to manage the asset inventory in the most cost-effective way including but not limited to Finance, Tax, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Compliance, Global Security, Technology Portfolio Management, IT Renewals, and IT Infrastructure teams.

The typical pay range for this role is:
83,430.00 - $201,900.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
