Job description

ServiceNow Engagement Manager
Remote working (UK)
Salary up to £75k.

I am working with a global ServiceNow partner who is looking to grow their team here in the UK ahead of 2025. The ServiceNow Engagement Manager role will see you play a pivotal role in end-to-end project delivery, calling on your project management skills and your ServiceNow platform knowledge throughout. You will need to be a subject matter expert who puts the client and the outcome first.

Responsibilities will include but aren't limited to:

  1. Being responsible for the overall project delivery. To include project planning, implementation consulting, tracking the statement of work, resource allocation, escalation management, while acting as a single point of contact for the ServiceNow implementation project.
  2. Liaising with stakeholders and conducting workshops to understand requirements, and facilitate stakeholder acceptance of deliverables.
  3. Supporting the process for preparation of bids for major new work and frequently takes the leading role in client presentations.
  4. Driving the continuous improvements of methodology and service offerings based on client experience. Including, identifying gaps between actuals and plan of record, proposing solutions and driving resolutions.

Experience required:
  1. 5+ years project management/project leadership.
  2. 2+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow.
  3. Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one module and/or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  4. PMI PMP Certification preferred.
  5. Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master or similar preferred.
