Job Details:

Minimum Qualifications

1. 2 years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and/or administration of similar cloud platforms.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, technology, or other relevant fields.
3. Good knowledge of the ITIL framework and/or experience with the implementation of ITSM processes.
4. ServiceNow Consulting & Development or architecture skills on the ServiceNow platform and its product lines including CMP, ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, ITAM.
5. ServiceNow Business Consultant with a technical background as a developer for Cloud Management.

Desired Qualifications

1. Good knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap, or other technologies used in ServiceNow.
2. Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
3. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodology; GenAI.
4. Any ServiceNow certification.
5. ITIL knowledge and/or certification.
6. A systems engineering or developer background with the ability to learn quickly and share knowledge with the broader team.
7. Good stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate requirements into stories if needed.
8. Good communication skills, with proficiency in English - written and spoken.
9. Good collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
10. Curious and eager to acquire new knowledge.
11. Independent worker and driven to get things done.
