Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives.
2. Lead the architecture, configuration, and integration of multiple ServiceNow modules.
3. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
4. Provide guidance on best practices, automation, and platform enhancements.
5. Ensure seamless workflow automation, security configurations, and scripting.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Strong background as a ServiceNow Architect, with expertise in one or more modules.
2. Proven experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, development, and automation.
3. ServiceNow certification such as CSA, CIS, or CTA is highly desirable.
4. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing projects effectively.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
