A leading organisation is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to join their team in a fully remote role. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to work on large-scale ServiceNow implementations, spanning multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals and best practices.
2. Lead ServiceNow implementations, ensuring seamless integration across various modules.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
4. Optimise workflows, scripting, automation, and security configurations.
5. Provide technical leadership and drive continuous improvements across the platform.

Skills & Experience Required:

1. Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules.
2. Strong understanding of platform architecture, development, and process automation.
3. ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or CTA are desirable.
4. Ability to manage and deliver projects in a fully remote environment.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
