Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (Outside IR35)

Location: Staines-upon-Thames (1 day a week)

Rate: £650-£700 per day

Role Overview:

We are partnering with a leading multinational software company who are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for a 6-month contract. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions while ensuring best practices and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM).
2. Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
3. Oversee integrations with third-party applications and ensure system performance.
4. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.
5. Ensure compliance with security standards and governance policies.
6. Configure and customize ServiceNow applications as needed.

Key Skills & Experience:

1. Extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture and module implementation (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM).
2. Strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations using web services, APIs, and other tools.
3. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript).
4. Proven ability to lead technical teams and engage with business stakeholders.
5. ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) preferred.
