Service Technician

£30-32k basic with £41k+ OTE

Lowestoft

Permanent/Full Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday / 1 in 3 Saturdays

Our client, a Motor Trade group in the Lowestoft area, is on the lookout for an experienced Service Technician to join their busy workshop. If you are fully qualified and hold the right experience – this could be your next role! Please apply today.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Carrying out servicing, diagnosing and repairing of vehicles to excellent standards.
  2. Delivering exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
  3. Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
  4. Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
  5. Adhering to manufacturer procedures and processes.
  6. Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail.
  7. Providing your technical expert opinion to customers.

Your Background & Skill:

  1. Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician.
  2. Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician within the motor trade.
  3. Strong communication skills.
  4. Full UK Driving Licence.
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
