About the Role

You will be responsible for:

1. Installing and commissioning complex capital equipment at client sites worldwide.
2. Performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
3. Providing hands-on technical support and training to customers.
4. Identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
5. Ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
6. Accurately documenting service activities and maintaining reports.
7. Collaborating with engineering and technical teams to support product improvements.

What We're Looking For

1. A strong background in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
2. Previous experience in capital equipment service or similar field-based engineering roles.
3. Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
4. Willingness to travel internationally, often at short notice.
