The role of the Service Team Leader – Ventilation Services will involve:

  1. Managing the Fire Damper Testing and Remedial on-site delivery and coordination between the office, on-site engineers, and clients' team.
  2. Scheduling, organising, and coordinating the day-to-day servicing and maintenance requirements across all disciplines to ensure customer requirements are met.
  3. Assisting the team with renewals, contract set up, mobilisations, or service invoice queries.
  4. Ensuring regular annual fire damper testing is carried out within compliant timescales.
  5. Responsible for the coordination of the engineering resource calendar.
  6. Ensuring works are scheduled with a logistical approach to engineer site attendance and time management.
  7. Organising proactive service visits, reports, invoices, and remedial quotations.
  8. Sending booking reminders to clients for upcoming scheduled visits, ensuring that access has been arranged for allocated sites.

The ideal applicant will be a Service Team Leader – Ventilation Services with:

  1. Experience within the ventilation and fire dampers market sector.
  2. Experience working as Service Manager, Office Admin, Office Coordination, Service Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Service Desk Coordinator, Help Desk Coordinator, Facilities Manager, etc. would be considered.
  3. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  4. IT literate (Microsoft Office).
  5. Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
