Royal Mail is currently recruiting for a Payroll Team Lead to develop, lead, and motivate a team in the delivery of a professional pensions and payroll service for the Royal Mail Pension Plan and Royal Mail Collective Pension Plan.
About the role:
You’ll lead a team of 12 Payroll Administrators in the delivery of accurate and efficient payroll services in accordance with the Trust Deed and Rules and the UK legislative and regulatory Pensions and Payroll frameworks while delivering all Royal Mail's financial and operational targets.
You’ll engage, develop, and nurture the team, role modeling Royal Mail Group values, ensuring that each team member can maximize their individual potential and ensuring that HR Services has the continued capability to deliver current and future service requirements.
Ensure appropriate controls are in place and operating effectively to guarantee fully compliant delivery of services coupled with analysis of team performance data to drive efficiency.
You’ll manage stakeholder relationships with clients, key suppliers, pension trustees, including HMRC, finance, HR services, internal and external auditors.
