Location: Knowsley, L34 9ET, Liverpool.
Salary: £25,400 - £27,000 (DOE) + Company Van & further benefits.
Contract: Full time, Permanent.
Hours: 40 Hours (8am - 5pm)

About the Role and What You Will Be Doing:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate the delivery and carry out surveys for the electrical equipment (meter area) within residential customers' properties.

1. Liaising with residents to inform them of the reasons why surveys are being carried out in the area.
2. Visiting properties to assess and report on service condition.
3. Self-managing survey routes and appointments.
4. Assessing the meter positions and accurately recording the relevant information required, both data and photographic information from the customers' properties.
5. Delivering 1st class customer service to every property you visit.
6. Excellent PC skills with knowledge of MS Office; training will be provided on in-house systems.

Candidate Requirements:
If you have excellent customer service skills and previous experience in meter reading, this role may suit you.

1. Current driving licence
2. Site Safety Certificate
3. Excellent customer service experience and the ability to work in an independent role.
4. Excellent attention to detail to provide accurate data.
