Service Sales BDM - Fire Alarms - London Area

Opportunity to sell and progress to managing others if you have experience selling maintenance contracts and doing service sales for a fire alarm company.

Requirements - for Service Sales BDM Business Development Manager/ New Business Sales (Not Fire Alarm System Sales)

• Experience generating service sales for a fire alarm maintenance company (FIA/BAFE).
• Proven track record with residential or commercial clients (flats, accommodation, etc.).
• Ability to commute to London when needed (home-based/WFH acceptable).

ROLE - for Service Sales BDM Business Development Manager/ New Business Sales (Not Fire Alarm System Sales)

• Sales role focused on hunting and business development - including tenders, quoting, and gaining sales for FIA/BAFE/BS5839 companies.
• Sales of fire alarm service contracts and maintenance contracts (can include AOV, sprinkler, portable extinguishers, FRA's as well).
• Target clients include residential and commercial sectors, typically managing agents, build-to-rent, housing, and facilities/property managers.
• Typical sale size ranges from GBP 1k to GBP 4k, but larger sales are also acceptable.
• Work from home but must be commutable to South East London and Central customers.
• Leads and database provided to develop sales, along with your own contacts or new business efforts.
• Benefits include a salary of GBP 45k-55k + commission (e.g., GBP 12k-20k on top) and car payment or travel + full permanent benefits.
