Job Title: Service Demand Planning Associate

Location: RH15 9RY, Burgess Hill, England, United Kingdom

Mode of working: Hybrid (2 Days/Week)

Job Type: 9 month contract - possibly extend to 12 months

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Service Demand Planning Associate to support our mission of meeting business strategic goals through effective demand-supply management in our technical services function.

Mission Statement:

As a Service Demand Planning Associate, you will coordinate the supply-demand balancing process to meet customer needs across the UK and ROI. You will be a vital member of the Service Excellence team, reporting to the Service Demand Planning Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilise digital tools and systems to monitor service activity demand and supply, identifying and resolving imbalances.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to address supply issues and ensure efficient service delivery.
  3. Support weekly Demand-Supply balance meetings with insights for informed decision-making.
  4. Ensure data accuracy and process adherence for optimal inventory management.
  5. Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding demand planning updates.

What We Are Looking For:

  1. A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Mathematics (A-C grades).
  2. Experience in demand planning or a technology-led environment, preferably in healthcare.
  3. High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
  4. Familiarity with CRM systems and strong data analysis skills.
  5. Excellent communication skills to engage with internal/external stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Knowledge of UK and Irish geography is highly beneficial.
  2. Experience using enterprise information systems (e.g., SAP, ERP, SalesForce).
  3. A proactive and resilient team player who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Key Contributions/Impact:

  1. Ensure successful deployment of field service personnel to meet customer expectations.
  2. Identify and escalate recurring demand planning issues until resolved.
  3. Contribute to supply chain process improvements focusing on continuous learning and development.
