We are looking for a Service Manager (Operational Manager) for this organisation's Early Help & Protection services. This incorporates: Early Help, Youth Justice, and Intake (Duty & Assessment) team.

You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and the right to work in the UK.

About the team

This organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of Children and families with a child-centred approach. This position would be a part of the settled and experienced Senior Leadership team.

About you

The successful candidate will have successful experience within Children's Social Work post qualification and, more specifically, Early Help, Youth Justice and/or Intake (Duty & Assessment) services with significant management experience whilst having an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation.
