An established healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee gastroenterology and endoscopy services. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and supporting the leadership team in achieving departmental objectives. Responsibilities

As a key member of the speciality leadership team, the post holder will be jointly responsible for the provision of safe, effective and efficient gastroenterology and endoscopy services, with the clinical lead and matron, including:

Day-to-day management of all operational issues within Gastroenterology and Endoscopy.
Ensuring the effective delivery of services to patients in accordance with agreed objectives, targets, quality standards, controls and resource constraints.
Support the Associate Director and Clinical Leads in the delivery of Trust objectives and ensuring national targets are achieved.
