Service Engineer

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Engineer to join a market leading supply and installer of uPVC and GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) building products into the building and commercial market. The main duties of the role are to repair and install building products as per the customer request, including cladding, roofing, chimneys, and canopies.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Working with our customers to visit sites to repair/replace products.
2. Liaising with site managers or homeowners.
3. Completing all required documents and forms in detail to enable the customer care team to produce a report to customers.
4. Forms to be completed with the relevant fields filled, date, time, mileage, customer signature, and a detailed description of work carried out.
5. Taking photos before and after work is completed.

Due to the nature of the work, this role will require occasional overnight stays as you will remain onsite until work is completed.

Skills Required:

1. Installation experience within the same field.
2. Full Driving Licence.
3. Good Communication skills.
4. CSCS Card.
