Service Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, conducting machine installations, commissioning, troubleshooting and repairing machinery, as well as ensuring product quality. The Service Engineer will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs, and will communicate with customers to provide technical advice and training as necessary.

Qualifications

* Mechanical Engineering/Electrical education. HNC in a related field, or equivalent work experience

* At least 3 years of experience as a Service Engineer or similar field

* Experience with CNC machines, industrial automation, and maintenance Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel as needed
