An established industry player is seeking a Service Desk Expert for Radiology Informatics to join their Enterprise Imaging team. In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support for Radiology Informatics products, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational excellence. You will act as a technical specialist, driving improvements and managing customer crises while collaborating with a community of experienced engineers. This position offers the flexibility to work from home in the UK and Ireland, with opportunities to travel to customer sites as needed. Service Desk Expert, Radiology Informatics
Join our Enterprise Imaging (EI) Service Desk team in the UK with responsibility for delivering service to our Radiology Informatics products (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS)). You will join a virtual cross geography community of experienced engineers, delivering support to our customers across the UK and Ireland.
