Service Desk Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join a company delivering critical CCTV infrastructure and networking solutions to high-profile clients across the UK.

The role is working onsite from their offices near Bradford, with travel sometimes required to customer sites across the UK – as such a full driving licence is a must.

The Role

As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding IT support, ensuring system uptime, and delivering an excellent service desk experience. This role involves troubleshooting CCTV and network infrastructure, and customer-specific IT solutions. You will be responsible for proactive and reactive support, working closely with IT Managers and end users, ensuring seamless operation of critical systems.

What’s Required?

1. Previous experience working with or supporting CCTV system infrastructure, is a must, with Milestone and BriefCam experience being beneficial.
2. Strong experience in an IT Support or Service Desk Engineer position, ideally with MSP experience.
3. Solid networking knowledge, including firewalls, LAN configuration, and diagnostics.
4. Eligibility for Security Clearance (SC).
