The Role
As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding IT support, ensuring system uptime, and delivering an excellent service desk experience. This role involves troubleshooting CCTV and network infrastructure, and customer-specific IT solutions. You will be responsible for proactive and reactive support, working closely with IT Managers and end users, ensuring seamless operation of critical systems.
