Job Description
My Client based in Norfolk is currently searching for a Service Desk Analyst to join and become productive until the end of March 2025. Working as an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will report to the Service Desk Manager and provide a professional 1st line support service to external business users. This will involve analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of user problems, as well as general administration duties. Much of the work will involve outbound calls and emails as well as inbound calls.
This is a hybrid role of up to 4 days per week on-site. This role is Inside IR35, PAYE paying £14 per hour.
