D R Newitt are working with a food manufacturer to recruit a Service Desk Analyst. The company has a rich history in the UK and is home to some of the biggest brands.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Providing First Line Support and delivering exceptional customer service across all company sites
2. Effectively resolve and manage issues, whilst demonstrating IT acumen
3. Deliver triage services to effectively prioritise business issues
4. Build relationships with key business stakeholders and drive service engagement across the business.

2. Hybrid working (after the first couple of months)
