£14.12 p/h
100% On-site in Poole

Your New Role
To provide first-line support, managing issues reported by phone, email and self-service tickets, resolving, where possible, to relevant standards. Using relevant tools to raise, update and manage issues to resolution across the support team environment.


To Succeed You Will Need

  • Experience supporting MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
  • Experience resetting user passwords with both on-prem AD and Azure
  • Experience using Intune admin centre
  • Working to ITIL best practices
