Service Desk Analyst - 3-month Contract - Bristol
My legal client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide IT support for a 3-month contract. This opportunity will involve handling service desk issues via telephone or email. The customer is looking for support with ITIL, Service Now, and iManage.
The Service Desk Analyst will be required to triage and resolve tickets (both non-law firm specific and law firm specific). The ideal candidate should have strong experience with ITIL, Service Now, and law firm applications such as iManage.

The successful Service Desk Analyst is required onsite in Bristol.
