Service Desk Analyst - 3-month Contract - Bristol
My legal client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide IT support for a 3-month contract. This opportunity will involve service desk issues which will be handled by telephone or email. The customer is looking for support with ITIL, Service Now and iManage.
The Service Desk Analyst would be required to triage and resolve tickets (Non law firm specific and Law firm specific tickets). The Ideal Service Desk Analyst would have strong experience with ITIL, Service Now and Law Firm applications such as iManage.
The successful Service Desk Analyst is required onsite in Bristol.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right Service Desk Analyst to join an organisation initially on 3-month contract but has the view to extend.
